Do you need to be home when we clean your home?

The simple answer is no, however if you prefer or want to be there to meet with the service provider that understandable. Our service providers work on a typical work week schedule during the day and most of our clients are gone when we arrive. In these cases, we're provided with a spare key or a door or garage code so we can let ourselves in and lock your home when we're done.

What Service Providers do you use?

Here at Cleanpro we use employees, and the service pros are background checked, hired, trained, insured. Cleanpro is fully insured for worker comp and liability insurance.

If you return home and discover something was missed, or not cleaned to your satisfaction contact the office within 24 hours and we will reschedule a reclean. We'll take care of it as part of our Cleanpro guarantee.

How flexible are you?

We don't believe in locking people into contracts. Need to change your schedule, we understand life happens. That's OK! Just please let us know a minimum of 2 days’ notice please.  Health issues and family emergencies might be less than 2 days we understand that also. When rescheduling or canceling your cleaning, please contact Cleanpro office, not your service provider. If your regular scheduled cleaning date falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.

Do I need to prepare my house for the cleaning?

Before your service we ask that you please pick up any toys, clothing, or clutter before we arrive. Also, please make sure the sink is not full of dishes, pots, and pans to be cleaned unless you would like or chosen to addon this cleaning service.

What if I have a pet?

Pets yes - we love all kinds of pets! If you are not home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet. However, if your pet is aggressive, we do recommend that you leave them in a gated area or outside to ensure the safety of our service providers. Yes, we have also encountered aggressive cats also!

Any other advice?

While tips are not expected, our service pros are allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service, while others offer a large tip at the end of the year. Of course, any tip at any time is greatly appreciated
