Do I need to be home while you clean?

Not at all! Most of our clients are out during the day while we work our magic. If you’d like to meet your cleaning pro or prefer to be home—no problem, we’re happy to accommodate you. Otherwise, many customers simply provide us with a spare key or a door/garage code so we can securely let ourselves in and lock up when we’re done. Your peace of mind and comfort are always our top priorities.

At Cleanpro, your home is in safe hands. All of our cleaning professionals are employees—not contractors—who are thoroughly background checked, trained, and fully insured for both workers’ compensation and liability. We’re proud of our team and the care they bring to every home.

We stand behind our Cleanpro Guarantee! If you notice anything that wasn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, just let our office know within 24 hours. We’ll happily schedule a complimentary reclean to make it right—no hassles, just great service.

We keep things easy—no contracts, no stress. Need to change your cleaning day? Life happens! Just give us at least 2 days’ notice (and of course, we understand emergencies). If your cleaning date lands on a holiday, we’ll reach out to reschedule. For any changes, please contact our office directly so we can take care of everything for you.

A little prep goes a long way! We ask that you pick up toys, clothes, and general clutter, and try to keep the sink clear of dishes unless you’ve added dishwashing to your service. This helps us focus on giving your home the deepest clean possible.

We’re animal lovers! If you won’t be home, just let us know the best way to work around your pet. For everyone’s safety, if your furry friend is a bit feisty (yes, even cats!), we recommend keeping them in a gated area or outside during your cleaning.

While tips are never expected, our cleaners are always grateful for them—whether it’s a little extra after each visit or a year-end thank you. However you choose to show appreciation, it means a lot to our team!
